What is the exact 'Last Date' for submission?

The main page http://trnqlsdkchallenge.devpost.com says March 25th as Last Date, Also http://trnqlsdkchallenge.devpost.com/details/dates says same date. But in main page, under 'How to enter' it says to submit the app before March 20th.

What exactly is the last date? Thanks!
