Could the moderator explain what "Build an app that makes money" means ?

Does it mean that the app should be a paid app or provide in app purchases ?

  Thanks for your question. The goal of this challenge is to build an app that allows you to embed targeted advertising and messaging into the app for the user. The targeted advertising and messaging, for example, can occur when the user is near a certain place or point of interest (POI), etc. It could also have in app purchases, this could be "right time" marketing as well.
